Stacey has been involved in health and fitness for over 20 years. Stacey was born and raised in Huntington Beach, California and currently resides there. Stacey is a Personal Trainer, credentialed by International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). She is also certified in TRX training and kickboxing. Stacey is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She has been teaching yoga for 11 years.

Stacey teaches many different styles of yoga including vinyasa, restore (yin), hot, and sculpt. She also teaches self-created customized yoga flexibility training programs to her professional athlete clientele. Stacey believes yoga to be her calling. She is passionate about leveraging the art of yoga to help others grow physically, spiritually, emotionally, and psychologically. Her classes are full of energy, positive vibrations, great music, laughter and mindfulness. She believes her purpose on this earth is to assist her students in discovering, unlocking, and thriving as their highest selves.

How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most: 

There are so many amazing benefits I have experienced on my yoga journey, however, I would have to say the most impactful benefit has been building the relationship with my true self.

Reason Started Doing Yoga: 

I stumbled into a class one day, and honestly wasn’t in love, but it was a challenge, and surprisingly enough I felt really good after, and really wanted to figure out why! As an athlete, I discovered a balance to my sport that I had been searching for. So off I went to explore this while yoga thing .. ♥️
