How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most:
It changed the direction of my life for the better, albeit challenging at times I’ve always been a seeker, and it’s given me a internal compass. It’s been a way for me to clear my head get still, and follow my own path. Plus, I’ve met the most amazing people in the yoga community!
Reason Started Doing Yoga:
I was curious, my father had a yoga book when I was a kid and he used to meditate with a candle. I was drawn to the mystery of it.
