TaNesha's relationship with yoga turned next level in 2007. After completing her 200 hour certification in 2011 and teaching at Ra Yoga, she has been blessed with opportunities to teach at studios all over California. TaNesha teaches a variety of yoga styles and has worked with a diverse audience, from Olympic and professional athletes to residents of rehabilitation facilities to war veterans, and everyone in between. She returned to Orange County, and to Ra Yoga, in April of 2016. Currently she is working toward her Masters in Counseling Psychology. She believes in working smart, and working hard.
