After graduating from Cal State Long Beach in 2010, Tatiana found herself floating through life, and needed a change—something positive, meaningful and above else something grounding. She completed her 200 hour RYT Yoga Alliance Certification later that year, and every year has since continued her education. She has found that taking care of ones spirit is just as important as taking care of ones body and mind, and now believes that her path is to help others “be where their feet are” and find some stillness and some grace in their life.

My favorite posture is Eagle, I also LOVE fun/ challenging transitions.
Reason Started Doing Yoga:
I started doing yoga because I was lost-- I had just graduated college and needed a new routine. More then anything I was looking for a new community, a place where I fit. And, once I started, everything started to flow, started to come together.
