After years of involvement in sports and athletics and a burning need to know how the body functions during such activity, Tracy pursued a BS with focus in Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics. Natural athleticism combined with her ability to coach and train with such detail and energy led her to coaching group exercise, private clientele, managing and presenting for the past 29 years. There is nothing she cannot coach and is successful in taking her students and clients to the next level with athletic training, sports specific conditioning, corrective and functional exercise and the most important aspect: regeneration. Her classes are powerful but direct and honest allowing for any level of participant to succeed and feel accomplished.

How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most:
I feel that regenerative exercise is a mandatory prescription for all of us and has played an integral part in my life, allowing me to continue my intense athletic training well into my aging years!
Reason Started Doing Yoga:
Tracy swam and played competitive soccer for over 20 years and began taking, and then teaching, Pilates and Yoga to balance the intense and grueling workouts. Competitive in nature, Tracy uses both Pilates and Yoga to unwind her body and mind.
