After years of running in circles to climb political & social ladders, Ursula crashed and began to rely on outside elements for stress-relief and self-medication. Reaching a breaking point, and realizing the need for something different - something real - she gratefully discovered that yoga offered her serenity and emotional balance, inner-peace, as well as physical challenge and expression.

Ursula provides a well-rounded hour of multi-disciplined technique and guidance. Her main passion is that every participant leaves the class feeling encouraged, successful, and confident to conquer their day. Ursula's personal fitness philosophy is that every group workout should be held slumber-party style; so grab all your besties, crank up the music, sweat it out, and just have epic fun!

Favorite Yoga Move: 

Floating back to Chaturanga from Crow - I fall down every time, but it’s just so fun to go for it!!

How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most: 

Yoga has benefited me the most during my everyday, off the mat activities - like, waiting in line at the DMV, stuck in traffic on the 405, and at home for the holidays with the ENTIRE family!

Reason Started Doing Yoga: 

This cardio-queen never thought she’d slow down enough to even try yoga, but one day my soul was desperate and craving nourishment and self-care, so my body literally led me into a studio - eventually my mind caught up to how fulfilling and important a yoga practice is for me.
