After years of running in circles to climb political & social ladders, Ursula crashed and began to rely on outside elements for stress-relief and self-medication. Reaching a breaking point, and realizing the need for something different - something real - she gratefully discovered that yoga offered her serenity and emotional balance, inner-peace, as well as physical challenge and expression.

Ursula provides a well-rounded hour of multi-disciplined technique and guidance. Her main passion is that every participant leaves the class feeling encouraged, successful, and confident to conquer their day. Ursula's personal fitness philosophy is that every group workout should be held slumber-party style; so grab all your besties, crank up the music, sweat it out, and just have epic fun!
