Vidya is an experienced yoga teacher with advanced certifications in Yoga Therapy, Sound Healing and Meditation. During her very successful 20-year career in Corporate America, Vidya experienced first-hand the dangers of unresolved daily stress. Having been able to balance her career through her yoga practice and not being able to watch people suffer, Vidya carved time out of her already full schedule to teach yoga and help others navigate the demands of their busy lives with more ease and grace.

To further feed her passion for holistic health, Vidya completed advanced intensive trainings in yoga therapy comprising over 1400 hours with world renowned master healers, and integrates these teachings in her unique, accessible methodology. Vidya works in therapeutic and clinical settings to show her clients how to combine yogic practices with proper mind-body nourishment for sustainable results leading to efficacy at work and harmony at home.
