Natarajasana - I love the challenge and the feeling of mental and physical balance and Pigeon because it feels so damn good!
How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most:
My practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.

To gain flexibility and strength. Little did I know that the mental aspect would be the most beneficial outcome of my practice.
