In this two-day intimate intensive, we’ll explore what it takes to get upside down. Thinking of arm balances like a puzzle, students will piece together all the elements to create the ability to enter inversions, feel more stable in a variety of inversions, and build confidence to evolve their abilities in an inversion practice. Students will focus on anatomy in headstands, forearm stands, and handstands and learn how to best prepare the body to hold itself upside down. We will use the wall, blocks, balls, and even each other to make the magic happen. Book ahead, space is limited.
Two Booking Options Available: $100 for both days or $60 for a single day. To purchase a single day, please email email@example.com
