Learn to use your breath for calm and focus in your daily activities. Find easy ways to stop racing thoughts and clear your mind. Practice presence and awareness in your life and enjoy it more fully. Everyone will receive guided meditation, breath prompts, homework for at-home practice, time for Q&A and an opportunity to strengthen their own abilities training in a wide variety of meditation practices to determine a very best fit for you. All yogis are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
