Green Yoga, A Beginner’s Workshop
Have you ever been curious about starting yoga? I know it can feel a bit confusing, uncomfortable and even straight up weird. But don’t worry that’s just what growth feels like! I’m here to help you start and grow your yoga practice so you can feel confident and at ease being in a group class. This is a 2 hour workshop that will focus on some key asana (yoga postures), introduce breath technique and break down a couple of core Yoga principles. There will be some talking and plenty of movememt! This is the “Green” workshop because it’s for all you fresh, green and brand new yogis out there. Please come just as you are, no prior experience needed what so ever but wear some comfy/ stretchy clothes, be well hydrated and listen to your favorite tunes on the way. We will enjoy an extended Savasana (rest pose) and sound bath at the end to rejuvenate. Can’t wait to meet you on your mat!
