Inviting presence and awareness, yoga therapy is a holistic healing art filled with age-old yogic techniques to enhance the body's natural ability to heal itself. Through this process of introspection, one will be able to cultivate healthy patterns ultimately balancing the body, mind and spirit.
The initial intake session lasts about 2 hours, during which you will have time to discuss your history, concerns and goals with your therapist. During your first follow-up session you will receive a personalized "sadhana" or practice. This will include a physical "asana" practice, a spiritual program, a breathing exercise and a nutrition protocol.
