108 Sun Salutations is a guided meditative asana practice. This powerful, detoxifying, energizing and invigorating experience consists of 3 sets of 36 Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar A). The series will challenge your mind to stay focused on the mat as your body continuously flows. It's a way to elevate your yoga practice and boost your own mental and physical capacity. The series will leave you feeling confident and strong.

Yin-stretch is a passive yoga class focused on deep stretching of the connective tissue that makes up the tendons, ligaments and joints of the body. Where muscles need fast active stretch, connective tissue needs long, slow, deep stretch. Yin postures are seated or lying floor postures, held for 3-5 minutes. You'll balance out the body, as well as bring stillness and peace to the ever-active mind. A perfect way to balance your more active classes/workouts! This practice is another great non-heated yoga class.

Ra Vinyasa 1 is an introductory class for students who are new to Yoga. Proper alignment is explained and demonstrated. The instructor introduces foundational postures, breath, and the connection of breath to movement so that as the course progresses, the students move toward linking the poses together into a continuous flow. This special class will show case a musician who will perform live music in sync to the flow of the class.

This class is considered a karma yoga class as it is a free class for all in the community.
