Ra Yoga offers a wide range of heated and non-heated yoga asanas and styles including:

1) Vinyasa Flow (Heated Power Yoga & Non-Heated Hatha)
2) Hot Yoga
3) Yoga with Pilates (called Yogalates)
4) Strength (yoga with weights)
5) a special 45-minute Lunchtime class
6) Prenatal Yoga
7) Restorative & Yin
8) Mommy and Me (yoga with your infant)
9) Yoga for Kids (called Little Ra-scals)
