A full and complete practice that will take you through modern and functional techniques that will ultimately support the body in moving with less force. You can expect the following to be included:
-A short discussion that will cover the importance of strength and mobility
-A strong and approachable practice that will specifically target the hips, shoulders, and spine
Everyone will ideally walk away feeling better in their bodies, and confident with techniques to strengthen and balance their body.
