Join Jocelyn for a 90-minute workshop guiding you through the transformative practice of 108 Sun Salutations — structured as 12 rounds of 7 Sun A and 2 Sun B — designed for both challenge and accessibility. Move at a safe, comfortable pace while building steady breath and strength. Modifications and props will be offered throughout so practitioners of all levels can participate confidently. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and an open mind. We’ll close with a gentle cooldown focused on releasing back tension and a brief meditation honoring the changing seasons, leaving you grounded, energized, and refreshed.
Teacher Bio: Jocelyn Arnett left her first yoga class feeling light as a feather and instantly addicted. She knew she wanted to be an instructor one day. Years later, the opportunity presented itself and now, 10 years later, she’s been teaching classes, deepening her practice and loving all the people she meets through yoga. She primarily teaches Vinyasa Yoga, Yogalates and Strength. She is trained in leading meditations and yin yoga as well. She focuses on clear articulation, form and cues to help guide her classes. Her goal is for you to leave her classes feeling as renewed as she did the first time she took a class.
