The FLOW matrix
This matrix invites us to hold opposites without resistance and to discover the fertile space between them.
Encouraging harmony
We all have the right to exist with conviction, to move through the world rooted in what feels true for us. And at the very same time, others hold that same right. Harmony isn’t about agreement or sameness and it’s not black and white. Harmony is a full, colorful spectrum of perspectives, experiences, and expressions, each equally valid.
Imagine a choir of singers. Each voice is distinct, with some higher, some lower, some steady, some dynamic. The beauty isn’t in everyone singing the same note, but in the willingness to sing together. The artistry comes from contrast, from nuance, from the courage to hold your own tone while allowing others to hold theirs.
This is the practice. To root into your own sthira, your steadiness, while softening into sukha, your ease. How do you honor your own voice, and make room for others? How do you support the emergence of harmony?
