Littles Only Yoga Class! Ages 3 – 6 and MUST be potty trained
Who wants to fly?
Children will be led through St. Patrick’s Day inspired yoga poses, play yoga games then will be guided through children’s meditation and relaxation techniques. Yoga can help the children foster mindfulness by exploring their breath and getting curious about where they feel the posture in their body. Children will complete a rainbow or clover craft to conclude the workshop.
While your child is in their kid’s yoga class, parents can enjoy the food court/some shopping. Reminder, space in the room is limited, and it is a distraction for the littles participating to have parents watching. If
you absolutely need to be in the kid’s yoga room, please let me know prior to the event and we can discuss an arrangement that works best.
Teacher Bio:
Jewell Z is an Early Childhood Educator with 8+ years of experience teaching. She has been practicing
yoga on and off for 15+ years. She became a yoga instructor with the intention to make yoga accessible
for everyone, including children. She is passionate about helping children develop a connection from
their minds to the body. She is ever so grateful to combine these two areas of passion in her life and
provide a developmentally age-appropriate yoga class for the kids.
