Ra Yoga offers a full spectrum of heated and non-heated classes designed to meet you wherever you are in your practice. From dynamic flows like Ra Vinyasa 2 and Hot Ra to grounding experiences like YinRastore, Sacred Sound, and Kundalini Meditation, our class lineup supports strength, stillness, recovery, and exploration.

What is radiant heat & why is it better than convection heat?
Radiant heat warms the body directly instead of blowing hot air. It’s similar to the sun heating your skin—it feels natural, consistent, and comfortable. Unlike convection heat, it doesn’t stir up allergens or create uneven temperatures. It’s healthier, eco-friendly, and way more enjoyable for your practice.
Which classes are not heated?
For those preferring a non-heated environment, we offer Ra Vinyasa Level 1, YinRastore, Sacred Sound, Meditation, Sound Bath & Kundalini Meditation, and Prenatal Yoga. These classes maintain a neutral or gently warm room temperature to support relaxation, breathwork, or foundational movement.
How do I sign up for class?
Easy! First-timers can take advantage of our intro offer: two weeks of unlimited yoga for just $38. Once you get going, we encourage you to download the app for the easiest class booking experience.
