Navakaraṇa Suizen
Navakaraṇa Suizen is a holistic restorative practice that combines traditional shakuhachi (traditional Zen melodies) with tantric kriyā-s, gentle bodily movements and deep stretches. It’s a cathartic practice that aims to help individuals achieve relief from unwanted unconscious memories through awareness of emotions. The practice integrates sound, breath, movements, and mental presence to facilitate a meditative state and potentially lead to self-insight and awakening.
