Together we release the fears, blockages, energy that may hold you back from moving forward writing on one page in the journal provided.  And on the next page we write our goals for the New Year that we visualize receiving in 2026.  The new goals replace the old energy as Marizol channels Holy Fire Reiki sending to you and your journal (bring your favorite crystals too) charging up the energy sending the message out to the Universe.

Following the journal entries, everyone receives a soothing angelic sound bath as Marizol continues to channel Reiki to the collective while walking around each person with different soothing sound instruments balancing and restoring chakras preparing you for your new timeline.

Bring:  Yoga mat, water bottle, crystals (optional), favorite pen, journal is provided however feel free to bring your own and favorite pillow, blanket.  RaYoga provides bolsters, blocks, extra blankets and/or mats.

Teacher Bio:

Marizol is a Holy Fire Reiki Master, 200 hr Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor, pilates, barre, and belly dance instructor who also provides tarot, psychic, and mediumship and Reiki classes to her clients.  As the owner of Shop for the Soul with Marizol, she believes the mind, body, soul connection is a sacred one that should be nurtured, encouraged, and inspired in living a balanced life. With that mentality she teaches her classes from her heart creating an uplifting, safe environment for students to begin to explore and expand within their own body and consciousness with the Universe feeling grounded, confident, stronger, and opened for new experiences with a sense of calmness.
