Nothing compares to this class in offering an authentic experience of the unique approach of Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa. This continuous, fluid practice harmonises movement, breath, rhythm, and melody, guiding practitioners through detoxifying kriyā techniques, deep twists, and progressive core-strengthening postures. Led with minimal verbal instruction and accompanied by hypnotic rhythmic percussion (tālam) and tonal binaural soundscapes (nāda), the practice cultivates perspiration, physical vitality, mental focus, and deep introspection. This class is open to all practitioners in good health who have a foundation in regular vinyāsa practice.
