Jona Minor (he/she/they):
Incorporating passions for social justice, environmentalism, art, fitness, sobriety and mindfulness Jona hopes to help practitioners have fun while getting free. Through individualized empowerment they identify applicable holistic health practices in & beyond conventionality. Since 2012 they’ve held accreditation in and continue to study hatha yoga, hot yoga, trauma-informed yoga, group fitness training, personal training, Usui Reiki, crisis intervention and linguistics.
