Meet Katie!!⁠ 🧘🏻‍♀️🌿

"I started practicing yoga as a means of physical workout and relaxation. At the time, I struggled with severe anxiety, depression, and other health conditions. I found Ra Yoga and met an amazing community and discovered myself. Through yoga, I learn to cultivate awareness, compassion, joy, flexibility, and strength in my physical body but also in union of my mind, heart, and spirit. I completed my 200 HR Teacher Training through Ra Yoga in 2022. I am currently in the process of completing Ra Yoga's 300 HR Teacher Training and OCC's Comprehensive Pilates Instructor certification."⁠
