Flight School is for the thrill seeking yogis that want to float in poses like crow, headstand, forearm stand, and more! You will be provided with modifications, regressions, progressions, and conditioning exercises that will support you in your practice beyond this workshop. 1.5 CEU’s for instructors.
About Amber:
Amber is an E-RYT500 with over 20 years experience working in the wellness sphere, including physical therapy, athletic training, massage therapy, human nutrition, and personal training. She has practiced yoga since 2003, taught full-time since 2012, designed & led teacher trainings since 2015, and assisted at retreats. She is trained in power, vinyasa, hot26, yin, meditation, Rocket yoga, Buti yoga, and is a Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist. She is known for her informative cues and empowering classes. Her favorite things to teach are arm balances & inversions, and she is a gold medalist in pole sport.
