Journey through Journaling

Join us for a reflective and restorative Journaling & Meditation Workshop, where we’ll take a deep dive into self-discovery, mindfulness, and personal growth.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation, helping you slow down, ground yourself, and connect with the present moment. From there, we’ll explore an area of self-help and reflection, opening space for deeper self-awareness and personal insight.

With thoughtfully crafted journal prompts, you’ll be encouraged to put your thoughts to paper, but this is your journey—there’s no right or wrong way to write. Whether you follow the prompts or let your heart lead, this will be a space to check in with yourself, process emotions, and gain clarity.

What to Expect:

No prior experience with journaling or meditation is needed—just bring a notebook, a pen, and an open mind.

Teacher Bio:

Kiana has been journaling her whole life and believes in its power as a tool for self-reflection and growth. She teaches both adults and kids how to use writing to connect more deeply with themselves.

As a yoga instructor, she focuses on philosophy and self-inquiry, helping others explore their inner world with curiosity and compassion. Through meditation and journaling, she creates a space for self-discovery, reflection, and meaningful connection.
