Teacher Bio:

With over 30 years of teaching experience and a 4th-degree black belt, I’ve had the privilege of studying multiple martial arts styles. Throughout my journey, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the importance of not only mastering physical techniques but also supporting the body and internalizing the practice. This realization led me to explore yoga, where I quickly recognized the profound similarities between martial arts and yoga. Both disciplines require focus, balance, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. This discovery inspired me to develop a unique fusion of martial arts and yoga, which I’ve been practicing and teaching ever since. Through this integrated approach, I help others cultivate inner strength, flexibility, and mental clarity, empowering them to become the calm in the eye of the storm. My passion is to guide students on a journey that enhances both their physical capabilities and inner peace.
