In this workshop, you will refresh the relationship between the mind and body through connecting with your breath. The workshop will include a short intro to the practice, a lying down eyes-closed journey, and a group debrief.

Please arrive in comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat and a journal.
Teacher Bio: Jason Beck, PhD is a certified somatic breathwork trainer and mindfulness teacher, focused on helping individuals transform their inner lives. With over a decade of experience researching and teaching how the quality of the mind shapes well-being and performance, Jason guides people to unlock personal growth. He holds a PhD in Positive Psychology and has trained a wide range of people—from police officers learning to meditate, to IT executives learning healthy communication.
