About Nam:
After completing her MBA, Nam has been working for various Fortune 50 corporations around org development and design. Due to the demands of her career, she found yoga to control stress. After her first year as a yoga student, she experience tremendous emotional benefits resulting from yoga and so she became a certified yoga instructor.
Though she has maintained working in her career full time, Nam has also been teaching at several studios across Orange County for almost 8 years.
Due to her origins in India, she also became passionate about learning the traditional philosophy of yoga. As a result, she also became certified in Yoga Nidra.
