This practice teaches us to observe our thoughts and emotions without being overwhelmed, and it clears the blockages within the mind and body. In Somatic work we do this through body mapping techniques.
PSYCHE: Mindfulness is an immersive workshop designed to guide you on a journey of deep self-discovery through the practice of mindfulness. This experiential program blends body mapping, mindful movement exercises, and reflective discussions to cultivate a heightened awareness of how “your body keeps the score.”
More intimately connecting us to our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations in the present moment, unearthing our body’s innate wisdom and subtle messaging.
