This is a 75-minute class that begins with gentle, mindful movement and light flow to release tension and connect with the breath.
The practice then slows down into grounding Yin postures, supported by props and held for longer periods. Sound healing is woven into the experience to deepen relaxation and create a calm, meditative space.
