We transition into the season on Gemini on May 21. This 90-minute Gemini-inspired workshop integrates connection, curiosity, and self-reflection through a thoughtfully guided experience. We begin with introductions and going over our agenda for the day. Setting timelines and guidelines for mutual respect and honoring each others needs.

Breathwork and a guided meditation to clear mental space and an invitation for adaptability. Shifting, evolving, trying on new identities.

Participants will then engage in a playful blind contour “twin” (partner) drawing exercise to explore playfulness (ice breaker) lightness, humor, not taking life too seriously. Let them know they will be sharing with the group.

A light, airy yoga movement break to embody the air element. An opportunity to shift mental energy around thoughts, patterns, perception, awareness.

A second partner “twin” connection activity with a new “twin” to connect with communication. Speaking, listening, storytelling, expression invites deeper reflection and shared discovery, highlighting both commonalities and complementary differences. Partners will have a set time to talk and discover an interesting fact that they have in common that others might not also have in common. Let them know ahead of time they will share with the group.

Sound Bath (varies depending on time. Shorter if running late, longer if time allows. Great buffer).

Designated journal prompts themed on Gemini. 3 or 4. Let them know this is for them. At the end opening the group to share 1 thing about their experience in the workshop. It doesn’t need to be related to the journal prompts.

I will provide the pens, journals and a crystal gift at the end of the workshop. I will pass out the crystals when everyone is doing the final journal prompts.

Teacher Bio: My journey to the mat began when a loved one gently suggested yoga during a time I was navigating anxiety and depression. As my practice deepened, I enrolled in a 200-hour yoga teacher training and graduated in March 2020. When the world paused, I found new ways to expand by completing an online sound healing course, which kept me grounded and connected to a like-hearted community. I began offering sound baths to friends and family, planting seeds of healing and stillness.

I have continued to deepen my studies and will be graduating from my 300-hour yoga teacher training in 2026, further expanding my knowledge and devotion to this path. Today, guiding classes infused with meditative elements brings me profound joy and peace.

Off the mat, I serve as a special education teacher at a local elementary school. In my free time, you’ll find me tending to my garden, walking my dog, spending quality time with loved ones, and exploring the world with my husband.
